I know the Hilton has it, in its sad little Sci-Fi area.
Does anyone know what other casinos on the strip (or maybe downtown) have Star Trek in penny-denomination?

I used the Harrah's slot search, and none of their Vegas casinos have it! The Boyd Gaming BConnected Online Slot search turned up Fremont, Par-A-Dice, and Orleans.
I like their service, since it will give you a map of where the machines are located in the casino.

I know that Four Queens, Fremont and Golden Nugget (all downtown)have a few Star Trek penny machines. They are expensive machines so you won't find a lot of them. The ones in Golden Nugget are in a hallway and may be less fun to play for long periods.
WMS has a Star Trek game website for information about the episodes and how to play the game. Unfortunately they don't have a feature to find the games.

The wife and I got hooked on it at a local Indian casino. Then we went to Vegas and could only find one machine at the Hilton!
We heard that the Hilton had an exclusive contract for the machine until the big convention this summer. But that may have just been a rumor, and it may have only included strip-area casinos.
It's a fun game, with bonuses like Tribble pinball. And you get to save your rank on a ticket. (I hope I haven't lost mine).

Unless you mean 'exclusive to the strip,' that rumor is false -- I played it at Green Valley Ranch in late March 2009.Locations

What I meant was that no other strip-area casinos could have it except the Hilton. Maybe that's why downtown and outlying joints have it, but nowhere on the strip seems to.

As of June this year I have seen it in the Luxor, but dont remember it anywhere else.

If you made a profile, you can look yourself up on any machine using your username. It's not as bad an experience as I'd expected, and definitely saved me when I forgot my slip when I was playing the Lord of the Rings game last year.

Well, I'm back. We played Star Trek at the Fremont downtown, Luxor, and at the Palms. There were a ton of them in the Venetian and Palazzo. They tended to be in 4-machine blocks with Lord of the Rings.
I think I saw one in the distance at the Mirage, but didn't check it out.
They are definitely more prevalent than last year.
